2 loaves of bread cubed
½ pound butter
2 cups chopped celery
medium onion chopped
3 Tbs poultry seasoning
2 cups scalded milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and butter at medium heat. Add poultry seasoning (can be refrigerated overnight). Pour mixture over bread and mix well. Pour scalded milk over stuffing and mix.
