1 cup flour
½ cup corn starch
½ cup icing sugar
¾ cup finely chopped hazelnuts
¾ cup butter, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredientsin large bowl. Blend in butter. Work with hands to make smooth dough.
Shape dough into a smooth roll about 4 cm in diameter. Wrap and chill about 4 hours or overnight. Cut into thin slices and bake on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes. Remove and cool.

Opt: Omit hazelnuts and add ¾ cup chopped candied cherries and ½ cup chopped pecans.
