Ingredients:  
3 C. milk
1 1/2 T. shortening
1/4 t. salt
2 1/4 c. bread crumbs(cubed)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
3 eggs, beaten

Heat milk; add shortening then bread crumbs. Add sugar, salt and raisins to eggs then slowly add hot milk. Pour in greased dish, set in pan of hot water.
