Ingredients:  
3 C. milk
1 1/2 T. shortening
1/4 t. salt
2 1/4 c. bread crumbs(cubed)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
3 eggs, beaten

Heat milk; add shortening then bread crumbs. Add sugar, salt and raisins to eggs then slowly add hot milk. Pour in greased dish, set in pan of hot water.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
