2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup milk
7 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
4 teaspoons cream of tarter
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon of vanilla

Filling:
2 cups ground raisins
1 cup hot water
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar

Stir on stove until it boils (thick pudding type)

Roll dough thin. One for top and one for bottom of cookie
1 teaspoon of filling for each cookie
