4 Large Cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Small Onion
1 Carton (8 oz) Sour Cream
1 Splash Vinegar
To Taste Salt and Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle Cucumbers liberally with Salt. Let sit for about 1 to 2 hours, mixing occasionally.

Drain off brine from Cucumbers.

Mix in Onion, Garlic and Sour Cream well.

Add Splash of Vinegar and Mix again.

Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for Several hours or Overnight.
