Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pounds Beef Cubes or Shank
2 quarts water
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 shots of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup regular barley
1 pound 12oz. stewed tomatoes
10 oz of frozen mixed vegetables
medium diced onion
1 teaspoon celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Meat in a small amount of oil. Add water, salt, pepper, onion, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cover and simmer 1 hour.

Add barley and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 75 mins.

Add vegetables. Simmer 10 mins. or until vegetables are tender.

If you used shank, remove meat from bone and add to soup.
