3 lb can boned chicken (I use Sweet Sue brand canned chicken)

6 saltines crushed

3 eggs

6 oz evaporated milk

1 cup bread crumbs

Salt and pepper as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients until blended well.
Cook in crockpot on high until hot, then cook on low for 2 hours.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on buns as sandwiches.
