Layer:
3/4 head lettuce
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion (red)
1 pkg. frozen peas, (thawed but not cooked)
4 hard boiled eggs
1 can water chestnuts sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 - 3 cups Miracle Whip (not real Mayo) and 2 Tablespoons of sugar. Spread over all vegetable. Layer 12 strips of bacon, crisp and crumbled, 1/4 to 1/2 c. grated cheese. Cover & let sit overnight. Stir just before serving.
