1 box of graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 well beaten egg
1 cup coconut
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts

Vanilla glaze:
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
*2-3 tablespoons (if needed)

Directions:

Layer a 9x13 cookie sheet with graham crackers. Set aside.
In heavy saucepan melt butter, sugar and milk. Bring to a good boil and add egg. Boil 1 min then remove from heat and cool slightly. Add coconut, graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Mix together well and spread over graham crackers in cookie pan. Cover mixture with a layer of graham crackers.
Mix all ingredients for the vanilla glaze and spread over top layer of graham crackers (adding a little milk as needed to make spreading easier). Put in freezer for 2-3 hours. Then cut into small squares while frozen.
