In a large skillet:

1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
2 T. flour
1 can (8 oz) sliced mushrooms (drained, reserving half the liquid)
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream at room temperature

chow mein noodles
2 T finely chopped parsley
