Ingredients:  
3 pkg. cornKits (baked per directions. Cool. and crumble finely in a large container)
2 C chopped celery
1 LG chopped onion
1 stick butter (saute celery and onion in butter until transparent)


6 hard-boiled eggs chopped
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
poultry seasoning to taste.

Directions:
Add celery and onion to the cornbread mixture. Add salt, pepper, seasoning salt, accent, and nature's seasoning ( may omit salt since using seasoning salt). Soak 4 slices of white bread in 1 1/2 C milk. (let soak a while and then pull apart and add bread and milk to cornbread mixture.)

The mixture should be really moist. Put in sprayed casserole and let come to room temp before baking so it won't dry out

Bake until brown on the edges.

Bake at 325º
