1 (20 oz) pkg hash browns with onions
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. melted butter
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
8 eggs lightly beaten
1 pkg (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with no stick spray. Spread potatoes evenly in pan; sprinke with salt and pepper to tast.
Combine cream cheese and butter; distribute evenly over potatoes. Top with cooked sausage. Pour eggs over sausage and potatoes. top with cheese. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and potatoes are tender. If cheese is gbrowning more than desired, cover with foil during last part of baking time.
