2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter melted
1 ⅓ cups raisins


Beat eggs lightly
Beat in sugar, vanilla and vinegar.
Stir in butter and fruit.

Line pie tins with pastry and fill ½ to ⅔ full, no more!

450º for 10 minutes
350º for 20 - 25
