Ingredients:  
1 medium onion chopped
4 tomatoes
1 head of lettuce
1 avocado sliced
1/2 can of black olives (sliced)
Toss above with 4 oz. of grated cheddar cheese and 8 oz. of french or Catalina dressing.
1 lb. ground beef (browned)
1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 t. salt
Simmer above for 10 minutes. Then mix into cold salad. Crunch 1 large bag of Doritos on top and serve.

Good with cornbread or muffins.
