Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick soft butter
2 eggs

1-3.25 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk

2T heavy whipping cream
2 T chocolate mini chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350°
Spray mini muffin pan.
In a bowl add yellow cake mix, butter and eggs.
Mix with hand held mixer until thick and sticky.
Using a small cookie scoop or 1/2 T put one in each muffin cup.
Use fingers to press down and make level.
Bake 7 - 8 minutes (don't overcook).
Let cool 4 - 5 minutes. once cool use something to press to make a well in each.
Move to cooling rack & let cool completely.

In medium bowl combine instant pudding, heavy whipping cream and milk.
Whip until stiff. Put in pastry bag and fill each cookie.

In bowl combine heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips.
Microwave for 20 seconds. Whisk until smooth.
Spoon 1/4 to 1/2 t onto each cookie.
Refrigerate. Can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
