2 large cans of solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
1.5 cups of Hellman's Mayonnaise*
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of Accent Flavor Enhancer
2 stalks of celery, cut and chopped into small pieces
2 tsp. black pepper

*If the mixture seems too dry, you can add another half cup of mayonnaise.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, break up the tuna so that there are no chunks. Add celery. Sprinkle Accent over the mixture. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix together. Add black pepper and more mayonnaise, if needed.

You can eat it immediately but if it sits in the refrigerator for several hours or longer, it gets better!
