Ingredients: Chocolate chip cookie dough (I use store bought) Reese’s miniatures

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 350º.
Scoop about 1-1½ tsps of cookie dough into a mini muffin/cupcake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they are just barely turning golden.
While they are baking, unwrap the same number of Reese’s miniatures that you have filled the mini pan with cookie dough.
As soon as the pan is taken out the the oven, quickly place a Reese’s miniature into the center of each baked cookie and gently press down so the Reese’s mini is flush with the cookie. Immediately place the pan in the refrigerator until it has cooled, about 1 hour.
Take the pan out of the refrigerator and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, twist each cookie to loosen it and place in a container. Put the container of cookies in the refrigerator or you can leave them out. They can also be frozen. |
