1 cup Crisco shortening
1 1/2 Cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the shortening sugar & eggs well, add additional ingredients mixing well & chill dough. Roll into balls then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Placed on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
