Directions:
Preheat oven on 350º F.

In a large mixer fitted with beaters, beat margarine, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Add sugars, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix add flour. Continue mixing until well incorporated. Beat in eggs one at a time.

Roll in 1½-inch balls. For perfectly sized balls, use a cookie scooper and slightly flatten with a fork making a crisscross.
For the streusel: Whisk together flours, sugars, and cinnamon. Add peanut butter and mix with a fork. Add melted margarine and mix until mixture is clumpy and crumbly. If needed, add more margarine or flour to make it more crumbly.

Top cookies with streusel and lightly tap down to make streusel stay on better.

Bake for 10-13 minutes. Let cool completely before glazing.

For the glaze: In a pot over the flame or in the microwave, melt peanut butter. Drizzle over cookies.

Personal Notes:
These soft buttery delights are the perfect blend of peanut butter flavor and crumbly streusel topping. Don't let the extra step discourage you- the streusel is quick and easy to make, and you can always skip the glaze if you are short on time.
