1 cup sugar
2 sticks softened butter
1½ cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Beat sugar gradually into butter. Combine flour, baking soda, vinegar, and salt in a separate bowl. Combine the sugar mixture with the flour mixture adding a little at a time. Roll into small balls on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
