5 Tbsp. Flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place the flour on a baking sheet or in a baking pan. Toast it in a 350ºF oven for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Mix the brown sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla. Mix in the milk.

Add in the flour 1 tablespoon at a time, until you have cookie dough texture.

Mix in the chocolate chips.

Enjoy!

This is a huge favorite with my students at school! No eggs, and toasting the flour gets rid of any other ick that can be lurking in raw cookie dough.

Can change it up with different goodies such as m&m’s, chocolate chunks, chopped up candy bar bits, etc.
