3/4 c sugar
few grains of salt
1 c water
1/2 c milk
1/2 c lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3/4 c sugar, salt, and water; cook 5 minutes Cool. Add milk, then lemon juice. Freeze firm in automatic refrigerator tray. Turn into chilled bowl; beat thoroughly. Beat egg whites; gradually add remaining sugar; continue beating until stiff and sugar is dissolved. Fold into frozen mixture. Return to tray; freeze firm.

I don't know... this is exactly what the recipe says even though the sugar amounts dont add up. I'm still stuck on the "automatic refrigerator".
