Crust:
1 cup soft butter
dash salt
½ cup powder sugar
2 cups flour
lemon curd filling:
4 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
¼ cup flour
6 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
for the crust, combine the butter, salt, powder sugar and flour. Pat dough in bottom of greased 9X13 pan. Bake 350º for 15 min. Allow to cool slightly and mix up the curd filling. Mix the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice. pour over the crust and put back in oven for 25 more min. until the top is almost set and the center jiggles just a little.
