3 cups trail mix
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ cup flour
½ cup butter softened
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Empty trail mix into a large bowl. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add ½ cup butter. Mix in 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until completely blended (you will need to finish mixing with your hands. Shape into walnut-size balls and place 2 inches apart on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake @ 350º F for 12-14 minutes until edges are slightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Remove cookies to racks to finish cooling.

½ cup peanut butter
2 + 1/2 tbsp powdered milk
1/2 cup shaved chocolate or coconut
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup trail mix

Roll all ingredients into a log. Roll in chocolate or coconut. Chill, then wrap in plastic.
