3 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
4½ c. whole milk
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 squares chocolate
1½ c. powdered sugar
2 T. corn syrup
2 T. butter
3 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Layer in 9x13 pan:
1. whole graham crackers
2. ½ pudding mixed with milk
3. cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture
4. more graham crackers
5. remaining pudding mixture
6. graham crackers
7. frosting

Frosting recipe: Melt chocolate over medium heat. Add syrup, butter and milk. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla.
