8 c. Rice Krispies ½ c. butter 1½ pkg. mini marshmallows 16 oz. pkg. caramels 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Melt butter and marshmallows, add Rice Krispies. Put half this mixture into each of two 10x15 jelly roll pans. Refrigerate these pans and make caramel mixture by heating in microwave about 3 ½ minutes.
Slowly pour caramel mixture over one pan and then place second layer of Krispies on top, pressing firmly. Let cool completely before cutting.
