2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 -8 oz cream cheese
4 T. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 -8 oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 T. butter
2 c. flaked coconut


Directions:
Directions:
Make crust using flour, sugar and margarine and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, milk, eggs, vanilla and pineapple and pour over cooled crust.

Melt butter. Mix with coconut. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

Bake 20 minutes at 350º or until filling is firm.

I broiled it a few minutes to brown the coconut.
