8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. unbleached all purpose flour
1 c. salted butter, softened
Jam or preserve of your choice - raspberry, apricot, peach are all good!

Directions:
Cream butter & cream cheese together, then add flour. Cover & refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Cover cookie sheet with foil. Roll dough into ¾ in balls, place on cookie sheet & flatten with thumb print. Fill indention with jam or preserve of your choice. DON'T use jelly!

Bake 15-20 min at 350º until light brown. If jam starts overflowing, they are done!
