1 stick butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 1/2 c almond flour
1/2 c coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 c Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (classic)
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350°
-Mix butter, vanilla, eggs, and cream cheese
-Add almond and coconut flour, baking soda, 1 c monkfruit sweetener, and salt and mix well
-Refrigerate 10 minutes (while waiting mix together cinnamon with 1/4 c Lakanto sweetener)
-Scoop and roll into balls then roll in cinnamon/sweetener mix
-Place on greased baking sheet and bake approx 16-18 minutes depending on your oven temp!
