5 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup boiling water
Raisins
Pastry shells

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 6 ingredients until light and frothy. Add boiling water and stir until mixed. Put 4-5 raisins into pastry shells then fill shells with the mixture. You can use an ice cream scooper to fill the shells. Bake at 400F for 15 min. then reduce to 350F for 14 min. or until done.
