2 Tblsp salt
¼ sugar
1 Tblsp celery salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 Tblsp Chili powder
1 Tblsp liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. This will be almost like a dry paste. Punch holes in the meat with fork or knife (safety first) Rub on meat and wrap meat in foil. Refrigerate overnight or up to 48 hours.

Cook marinated meat in foil at 300º for 4 hours.
Take out and slice meat and cook another hour
