Pepper
1 tbsp. shortening
1 small onion
1 large can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Pound flour, salt, and pepper into round steak then brown in a heavy kettle with the shortening and onion.

After both sides are browned add 1 large can of tomatoes.

Simmer for about 3 hours or until tender. (This can also be done on the stove top or in a 325ºF oven.)
