1 c. sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. cooked raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, water, salt, egg, and vinegar in a sauce pan. Cook until thickened. Add raisins.

Pour into an un-baked pie shell and dot with butter.

Place top crust on and bake at 350ºF until crust is lightly browned.
