1 stick softened butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
½ t vanilla
2 T heavy cream
1 cup flour
2 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
375 degrees.
In large bowl cream butter and sugar using mixer.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and cream.
Mix in flour mixture one cup at a time until combined.
Add cranberries and chips evenly distributed.
Drop heaping teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet with room to spread.
Cook 10-13 mins.
Cool 5 mins on baking sheet, then move to wire rack.
