1/2 cup sugar
1.2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 up butter
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, salt, butte and peanut butter thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Beat egg and vanilla into creamed mixture until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda. Blend into creamed ingredients gradually. Form into 1" balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With floured fork, make a criss-cross design to flatten cookies.

Bake in hot400 degree oven for 6-7 minutes, or until light brown around edges. Store in airtight container.
