3 lbs. spareribs
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Cut ribs into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off excessive fat. Reduce over heat to 350 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake for 1 hours, basting frequently.
