1st layer:

1 cup pecans chopped
1 cup flour
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften butter and combine all ingredients. Press into 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15 min. or until light brown. Cool.

2nd Layer:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups cool whip

Cream together and spread over bottom layer.

3rd Layer:

1 6 oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 6 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 cups milk (can also use 1/2 & 1/2)

Mix puddings together, add cold milk and beat. Refrigerate 10 min. or until thickened.


4th Layer:
Top with cool whip and add chocolate bar shavings on top to garnish.
Keep refrigerated.
