1 c. softened butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2½ c. quick oatmeal
1½ c. flour
1 c. finely ground walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then add flour, salt, soda, and walnuts. Stir in oatmeal. Mix well.

2) Roll in a ball and flatten.

3) Bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes.
