2 lb hamburger meat
Finely chopped onion to taste
Dash of salt
2 cups bread crumbs, soaked in milk until soggy
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard (if you are stuck you can use a squirt of regular mustard)
¾ cup vinegar
¾ cup water
¾ cup ketchup
¼ cup bbq sauce
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of these ingredients together with your hands, and roll into small meatballs. Place in a casserole dish.
In a separate bowl:
Mix together:
1 and 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard (if you are stuck you can use a squirt of regular mustard)
¾ cup vinegar
¾ cup water
¾ cup ketchup
¼ cup bbq sauce
Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven. Scoop out a ½ cup of sauce and add a tbsp. or two of cornstarch. Stir quickly then, drizzle this back over the meatballs. (this will thicken the sauce). Bake 10 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
