1 small can of fruit cocktail (or substitute 1 small can of mandarin oranges or equivalent), drained
½ cup of sour cream
½ bag of small marshmallows (coloured marshmallows are the most fun)
Icing sugar to taste (approx. 2 tablespoons)

Directions:
Directions:
Open the can of fruit cocktail and drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until thoroughly blended. Transfer the salad to a decorative serving bowl. Chill and serve.
