2 cups white sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
3 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup shredded sweet coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk In a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Do not overcook. Add the oatmeal, coconut, vanilla and salt and drop by spoon onto waxed paper and let cool.

Cookies are ready to eat.
