1 lb lean ground beef
2/3 C cottage cheese
1/2 C oatmeal
1 egg
1/3 C catsup
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 T onion
1/3 C parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except for parmesan cheese. Press flat in lightly sprayed 9 inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove, drain liquid, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake 10 more minutes. Let set five minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
