1 c sugar

1 c brown sugar packed

2/3 c margarine

2/3 c butter

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

3 1/2 c flour

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

1 c coarsely chopped nuts

1 pkg. 12 oz choc chips

Preheat oven to 350º

mix sugars, margarine, butter, eggs and vanilla.

stir in flour, soda and salt.

stir in choc chips and nuts.

bake 8 - 10 minute or until golden brown on edges.

if you make jumbo size 1/4 c

bake 15-10 mins. 3 inches apart
