1 c sugar
1/2 c shortening
1 c smashed ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 c sour milk*
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 c flour

Directions:

Cream sugar and shortening together
Add bananas, milk, and eggs
Stir in dry ingredients

Bake at 340 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (approx 35 min)
