4 c. flour
½ lb. butter
1 ½ c. sugar
4 egg yolks
½ pint sour cream
¼ t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, butter, sugar. Add egg yolks, sour cream, baking soda and baking powder.
Mix thoroughly.
Wrap dough into plastic wrap, chill dough, at least an hour.
Roll out, not too thin, about 1/8 thick. Using an inverted glass, cut into circles. You can use any cookie cutter shapes
Bake at 350º until light brown, approx 15-20 minutes
