1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix 1 cup of flour mixture into the butter mixture at a time and mix repeat until all flour is added. Chill dough for 2-3 hours. Roll and cut out shapes. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350º for 10-15 minutes. 10 minutes thinner cookies, 15 minutes for thicker cookies.
