1 box fudge brownie mix
½ cup veg oil
¼ cup water
2 eggs
2 cups mini marshmallows

Topping:
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups swt. sq. rice cereal
1½ cup salted peanuts
1 cup candy corn

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven 350º Grease bottom only 13X9 pan. In med bowl stir brownie mix, oil, water and eggs with spoon until well blended. Spread in pan
2. Bake 28-30 min.
3. immediately sprinkle marshmallows , bake 1-2 min. until marshmallows puff. Cool while making topping.
4. In 3 qt. saucepan cook brown sugar and corn syrup, stirring constantly until boils. Remove heat. Stir in peanut butter. Stir in cereal, peanuts and candy corn. Spoon warm topping over marshmallows. Cool cut 6X6
