1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
4 mashed, ripe bananas
2 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1½ cup sugar
¾ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, add sour cream, bananas and vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt and nuts. Mix well. Pour in greased 10X15 pan for 18-20 min.

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powder sugar
Mix well and ice bars. Makes a lot of frosting
