1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 doz. eggs 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the sausage and drain. In separate bowl, beat the eggs well and add Velveeta cheese that has been cut in small pieces. Put all three back in frying pan and cook on medium-high heat until the eggs are done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Eat immediately.
Dad always made breakfast for us kids before school, but this was one of his favorites.
