2 1/2 C. flour
3/4 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. expresso powder (optional)
1 C. unsalted butter (I used salted)
1 C. dark brown sugar (I used light)
1/2 C. white sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 T. Godiva Choc Liquer or Baileys Irish Creme
2 lg eggs
12 oz. semi sweet chips (I used mini)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and expresso (I did not use expresso, because I did not have it), set aside.
In separate bowl combine butter and both sugars, beat until fluffy, add vanilla, liquor, beat until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time, 15 seconds after each egg, fold in flour mixture. Add chips, I added nuts and coconut.

Cover bowl and chill (can chill up to 3 days)
